The paint is the same metallic blue I used for the Cobra Daytona Coupe. I'm calling it done; it looks pretty decent (from a distance) surrounded by all the other Euro-trash and Sake-mobile hotrods I've assembled.
Taking out the trash. From back to front, left to right:
VW split window van upgraded with Porsche 956 chassis and drivetrain;
Suzuki Jimney with 4 cyl Opel engine and supercharger;
Suzuki Samurai with Dodge Stealth twin-turbo V6 mounted in the pickup bed;
BMW 2002 tii taxi;
VW Pickup with turbocharged GTi motor;
Honda S600 with S2000 chassis and drivetrain;
Subaru Brat with WRX motor;
Honda N360 with 1.8 VTEC motor;
Ford Escort with Cosworth YB turbo motor;
Citroen 2CV (29 hp) with added turbocharger (maybe 50 hp? always assuming the 602 cc lump can actually spin the turbo).
What's next? Maybe it's time to get back to more challenging but better quality kits. This was 'fun' and 'easy' but annoying. Stay tuned!
